"I have very simple tastes: I'm always happy with the best."

Oscar Wild

A computer-aided high-tech fermentation system was installed in 2014. It not only serves to precisely control the process temperature, but also to control all processes in order to bring the natural product of grapes into the bottle in its original form. Fermentation is usually completed after 12 days. Depending on the grape variety and vintage, the wine then matures for between 12 and 16 months in high-quality French barrique barrels in a barrique room that is precisely controlled at 15° C and 83% humidity.
