The Treasures of Villa Santo Stefano

This guided tour is the perfect introduction to the world of Villa Santo Stefano – a first encounter with our philosophy our craftsmanship, and our history. You begin with a walk through our architecturally harmonious cellar rooms, followed by a visit to our barrique cellar where selected wines mature under optimal conditions in French oak barrels. The highlight of the tour is a guided tasting of four carefully selected wines, each reflecting a different facet of our terroir, accompanied by our award-winning, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil.

In an elegant setting, we serve a generous selection of local cheeses and fine cured meats, along with fresh wood-fired bread, drizzled with our extra virgin olive oil – a refined and indulgent finale that, depending on the time of day, feels like a light lunch or an aperitivo.

The tour continues into our cellar, where modern precision meets traditional craftsmanship. Your experience concludes with a guided tasting of three expressive wines and our organic extra virgin olive oil – a perfect fusion of landscape, story and taste.
